Knowledge is the knowledge based development engine that paying attention to it, has an increasing role in the growth of organizations and communities. Knowledge is known as a key competitive and valuable asset that is a basis for sustainable growth and a key to sustain competitive advantage in an organization. Also, considering the importance of the crisis which causes the deviates from the general equilibrium relationship with environment and disturbs the balance between needs and resources and ultimately leads to the demise of the organization, the role of crisis management as a practical knowledge and one of the key activities in the field of strategic management, has a particular importance.
