Investigate the relationship between individual characteristics of entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial culture

Changes in community conditions and needs have caused a change in today’s organizations mission and shift them to entrepreneurship. The culture of a society affects on acquired characteristics of people as well as creates the limitations and opportunities for organizations, has significant effects on the entrepreneurial process and thus on economic growth, development and human resources productivity. Development of entrepreneurial culture needs to plan for facilitating, identifying effective variables and strengthening them. Identifying the unique characteristics of entrepreneurs and effective factors on development of entrepreneurial culture in society as well as individual professional organizations, can caused as an element of growth and development in various aspects of economic, cultural, social and political in the contemporary world.

Therefore, because of the role and importance of entrepreneurial culture and influence of individual features on it, in this paper, the relationship between individual characteristics of entrepreneurs with entrepreneurial culture is discussed.
